Morning brief

DONEBuild 75 is on TestFlight. It has all four fixes from your 01:54 test. Voice notes should now feel right end to end.

OPENOne decision waits for you: the arrival celebration. See the animated board. My recommendation is B. One voice note from you settles it.

Build 75 — what changed since your last test

Note: TestFlight numbering jumped to 75. A build I cancelled mid-flight had silently taken 74 at Apple. Auto-increment now covers this.

Test in the morning: record on 4G → watch % climb while you speak → play a 30s note in ONE tap → listen for gaps at the 3s marks. Then the big one: kill the app mid-recording, reopen, expect the salvaged partial within ~30s.

Arrival celebration — your decision

Animated board: ela-arrival-celebration.pages.dev — three live animations in accurate phone frames, each with replay and a reduce-motion toggle.

OPEN · D-CEL-1Recommendation: B — "Protection washes over." One mint bloom from the disc. The title settles. One haptic. No new objects.

The finding that drove it: your funnel already celebrates twice before home (payment confirmed, then the protection moment). Arrival is the fourth screen in a row that could applaud. It must be the exhale, not more applause.

Also marked on the board: one-shot fires on first ACTIVE render (not first home render — review members land on "Verifying identity"), flag lives server-side, haptic fires even under reduce-motion, no sound ever.

Voice notes — where the feature stands

DONEServer V1 complete and live on prod (sweeps, retention, DSAR, admin, rate caps — ticks verified). Mobile V2 record → stream → salvage → play, device-hardened through your four test rounds.

DONEByte caps re-based on prod: real hardware records ~93kbps, not the 32kbps we asked for. Old caps made 90-second notes impossible.

OPENStill to verify on device: playback gap at seams (your ear), in-call refusal, background grace-drain. Still to build: play-gate PIN link, Whisper transcription (VT), hardening drills (V4). Watch recording: designed, deferred by you — say "schedule the watch wave" when ready.

Small decisions parked for you

And the play you asked for

ela-night-shift.pages.dev — yesterday as a Dubai night skyline. Every commit is a building. The windows flicker like test suites. The eight TestFlight builds cross the sky as shooting stars. The gold constellation rises over the 22:21 tower — the one where voice notes shipped. Hover the buildings.

The last timestamp on the ground reads "02:02 — founder still testing". It was the truest fact of the day.

— Cairn. Everything above is committed, pushed, and green. Nothing is waiting on me.
